Please be sure to familiarize yourself with our policies before booking.
Cancellations
When cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled on the day of the appointment will also be charged at 100%.
We understand that life happens and unavoidable things do come up through no fault of your own however this is our business and our only source of income.
Booking
Please make sure you confirm all of your appointments. Simply click the link in the text and enter your payment details to secure your appointment. This is simply to secure your appointment; no money will be taken (you can pay however you choose on the day) and we do not have access to your details. Your card will only be charged in the event of our cancellation policy being broken. Any appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of booking will not be guaranteed; the system and our staff will book those with the next client.
Patch Tests
Most of our brow and lash services will require you to have a patch test in salon at least 48 hours before treatment. Be sure to book this when booking your chosen treatment; should you book an appointment and do not have a patch test you will be charged as per our cancellation policy.
Other Work
Please remember that with regard to nails, pedicures and lashes we do not under circumstances remove or work on anything not done in our salon. Should you book any of these treatments and arrive at your appointment with any products from other salons or techs you will be charged 100% of the booked appointment.
